The birth story labyrinth is a gentle, ceremonial way to move through your story. Instead of telling your story aloud, you begin with personal reflection. I’ll guide you step-by-step through an introspective process that leads you from confusion and regret to clarity and new insight.
I’m forming small groups of parents (4 per group) who’ve had similar birth experiences. The fall schedule will be set based on what works best for each group.
FALL SCHEDULE
September: Four parents whose babies were in the NICU will move through memories of their early parenting vigil.
October: Pregnant mothers who previously gave birth by cesarean will move through any residual trauma as preparation for their upcoming birth.
November: Find your way back to yourself after a home birth transfer.
90-minute Process Group: $72
Private or couple: $150.
