You can request a full refund, up to seven days after your purchase has been completed, provided the course has not started. Requests for a refund within the first two classes or transfer of fee to a future BSM course if approved, will be charged 20% of the course fee as an administration fee. There are no refunds or transfer of tuition if you withdraw after the second class, if you are dropped from the course for failing to complete assignments, or if you do not receive a recommendation upon completion of the course. Transfer of tuition to another BSM course expires after 6 months. Courses that Birth Story Medicine cancels or cannot reschedule will be refunded in full.
