A Monthly Book & Case Study Course 2023
The Lapis Book Case
Read, Reflect, Write, Discuss, Apply
January, February, March, April, May, September, October, November, 2023 Sundays
12:30 – 2:00 pm PST; 1:30 – 3:00 pm Mountain; 3:30 – 5:00 pm EST
Selected books, case studies and practice suggestions will deepen your well of knowledge and accelerate your mastery of birth story transformation work.
ֿBuy new or used books in advance of the scheduled month, so that we are all on the same pages. During our 90-minute call, you will receive recommended reading assignments to focus on each week. Your weekly preparation will also include formulating a question for yourself and the group to deepen our inquiry and understanding of what the author is presenting. During the calls, case studies will be presented by Pam or students. In addition, you will receive recommendations for weekly integration in your work as a birth story listener.
Reading, discussing, and practicing as a group will bring books alive; perhaps in a way that reading on your own before falling asleep does not. Note: What we will not do is gather to say we liked or didn't like the book. We're going to go much further than that!
